Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables optional

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and stir briefly.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  5. Return shrimp and toss to coat.
  6. Add vegetables if using and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Cook shrimp quickly to avoid rubbery texture
