Method
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and stir briefly.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Return shrimp and toss to coat.
- Add vegetables if using and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Cook shrimp quickly to avoid rubbery texture
- Use high heat for best stir-fry flavor
