Method
- Slice chicken into strips and season with fajita seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through; remove from skillet.
- Add peppers and onions to the same skillet and sauté until tender.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until flavors combine.
- Finish with lime juice if using and serve warm.
Notes
- Chicken thighs can be substituted for breasts
- Adjust seasoning to taste
- Great served with rice or tortillas
