- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
- Add lime juice and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Garnish with cilantro if using and serve hot with lime wedges.

- Cook chicken in batches if your skillet is small.
- Do not overcook the peppers; they should stay slightly crisp.
