Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
- Cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time. Spread in greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese. In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk. Combine both until smooth.
- Spread filling over cooled crust.
- Top with whipped topping and optional chocolate drizzle.
- Chill 2–4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste. Can be made a day ahead.
