Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for strawberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Toss strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar; set aside or cook briefly for syrupy texture.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Slowly whip in heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sandy in texture.
  5. Layer crumbs, cheesecake filling, and strawberries in serving glasses.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or a mix.
  • Use crushed Oreos for a chocolate twist.
