Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional, for thickening

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  5. Stir to coat vegetables evenly.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture if needed and cook until thickened.
  7. Serve immediately.
