Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings until smooth.
- Roll puff pastry slightly and spread filling evenly over surface.
- Roll tightly into a log and chill for 10 minutes.
- Slice into pinwheels and place on baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with egg wash.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly and serve.

- Drain spinach thoroughly
- Chill before slicing for clean cuts
- Best served warm or room temperature
