  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Place chicken tenders in slow cooker.
  3. Add chicken broth and butter/oil.
  4. Sprinkle all seasonings over chicken.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or High for 1½-2 hours.
  7. Check that chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  8. Serve whole or shred for various recipes.
