Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and pasta water.
- Return shrimp and add cooked pasta.
- Toss everything together and cook briefly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Use pasta water for a silky sauce
