Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and seasoning.
  3. Roast vegetables for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Add salmon to the pan and season.
  5. Bake for another 12–15 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.

Notes

  • Cut vegetables evenly for proper roasting
  • Do not overcook salmon
  • Add herbs or spices for variation
