Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 3 cups potatoes cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning.
  3. Roast potatoes for 15 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and season.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked.
  6. Rest briefly and serve.
