Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean mushrooms and pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mushrooms in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 12 minutes.
- Remove pan, add garlic, toss, and return to oven.
- Roast another 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Finish with optional toppings and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan
- Add garlic halfway to prevent burning
- Best served immediately after roasting
