Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated parmesan or mozzarella
  • Optional garnish: parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut dough into small pieces and roll into short ropes.
  3. Tie each rope loosely into a knot.
  4. Arrange knots close together in the baking dish.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and seasoning.
  6. Brush rolls generously with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 16–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
  8. Brush with remaining butter and garnish before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t tie knots too tight
  • Brush butter before and after baking
  • Serve warm for best pull-apart texture
