Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cut dough into small pieces and roll into short ropes.
- Tie each rope loosely into a knot.
- Arrange knots close together in the baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and seasoning.
- Brush rolls generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Brush with remaining butter and garnish before serving.

- Don’t tie knots too tight
- Brush butter before and after baking
- Serve warm for best pull-apart texture
