- Grate potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with egg, flour, salt, and pepper.

- Scoop mixture into pan and flatten into pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
