Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Transfer cooled pasta to a large bowl.
- Add pesto and toss to coat evenly.
- Add tomatoes, mozzarella, cucumber, and onion.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Toss again and adjust seasoning before serving.
Notes
- Add extra pesto if needed before serving
- Use fresh basil for garnish if available
- Best served chilled
