Pecan Pie Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup maple syrup or corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips for coating

Method
 

  1. Pulse pecans in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Mix pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, syrup, vanilla, and salt until sticky.
  3. Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt chocolate and dip each ball, letting excess drip off.
  5. Chill 30 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or white chocolate for a festive look.
  • Add a splash of bourbon to the mixture for a holiday twist.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate sets for balance.
