Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan optional

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add gnocchi and cook until golden on one side.
  3. Flip and cook the other side.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Toss everything together and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Let gnocchi crisp before flipping
  • Reheat in skillet for best texture
