Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken and vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
- Place everything on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts
- Don’t overcrowd the pan for best roasting
- Add potatoes for a heartier meal
