Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk Nutella and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and whisk until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  8. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center has moist crumbs.
  10. Cool in the pan before lifting out and slicing.

  • Do not overmix after adding flour.
  • For fudgy brownies, remove from the oven when the toothpick has moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely for cleaner slices.
  • Add a small pinch of flaky salt on top before baking for extra flavor.
