Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together shredded coconut, crushed wafers, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  2. Chill mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Coat in extra shredded coconut.
  5. Chill again before serving.
