Method
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. Spread into the prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter together in the microwave (20-second bursts, stirring each time) or over a double boiler.
- Spread chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, until firm.
- Lift from the pan, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for more texture.
- Add a layer of crushed pretzels under the chocolate for a salty crunch.
