Ingredients
  

  • 4 flatbreads or naan halved
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage optional
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers or onions optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange flatbread halves on the baking sheet and lightly brush edges with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  5. Add desired toppings and finish with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm.

Notes

  • Pre-baking flatbreads for 2 minutes makes them extra crispy
  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt
  • Great base for vegetarian or kid-friendly variations
