Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange flatbread halves on the baking sheet and lightly brush edges with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add desired toppings and finish with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Pre-baking flatbreads for 2 minutes makes them extra crispy
- Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt
- Great base for vegetarian or kid-friendly variations
