- Slice bananas into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Spread peanut butter on half of the slices.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Cover with remaining banana slices to form sandwiches.
- Freeze 45 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave (20-second intervals).
- Dip frozen sandwiches into melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and freeze 20–30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas.
- Store in freezer up to 2 months.
- Let sit 3–5 minutes before eating for best texture.
