Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Return shrimp and toss in sauce.
- Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp
- Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor
- Add vegetables to make it a full meal
