Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice.
  6. Return shrimp and toss in sauce.
  7. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp
  • Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor
  • Add vegetables to make it a full meal
