Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chicken or shrimp

Method
 

  1. Spiralize zucchini and pat dry.
  2. Sauté zucchini briefly and remove.
  3. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  6. Add zucchini back and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
