Method
- Season chicken and sear in a skillet until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same pan, then deglaze with broth.
- Stir in cream and parmesan and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add spinach and let wilt.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer until cooked through.
- Adjust seasoning and serve.
