Method
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan gradually until smooth.
- Let sauce thicken slightly.
- Return shrimp to pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately over a low-carb base.
Notes
- Fresh parmesan melts better than pre-shredded
- Avoid high heat after adding cheese
- Adjust thickness with cream if needed
