Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz sausage sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Cook sausage until browned, then remove.
  3. Add peppers and onions, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in garlic and seasoning.
  5. Return sausage and mix well.
  6. Cook briefly and serve warm.
