Ingredients
  

  • lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  5. Pour lemon juice over chicken and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve hot.
