Method
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak in a single layer and sear.
- Flip and cook briefly.
- Add butter and garlic.
- Toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and serve.
Notes
- Use high heat for best sear
- Don’t overcrowd the pan
- Add garlic at the end
