Ingredients
  

  • 3 salmon fillets
  • tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon juice herbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place salmon on a baking tray.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, oil, and garlic.
  4. Season salmon and spread mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Optional: broil briefly.
  7. Serve warm.
