Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Add parmesan and stir until sauce thickens.
  7. Return shrimp to pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Cook 1–2 minutes and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best texture
  • Avoid overcooking shrimp
  • Adjust thickness with extra parmesan
