Method
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add parmesan and stir until sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to pan and coat with sauce.
- Cook 1–2 minutes and serve.

- Adjust thickness with extra parmesan
