Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet and cook mushrooms until browned.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  6. Season and simmer briefly.
  7. Serve warm.
