Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  2. Mix cream cheese with garlic and seasoning.
  3. Stuff chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Sear chicken in a skillet until golden.
  5. Cover and cook until fully done.
  6. Rest briefly, remove toothpicks, and serve.
