Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook cauliflower until tender, then drain well.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add heavy cream.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese gradually until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix in cauliflower and coat evenly.
  6. Optional: transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.

Notes

  • Dry cauliflower thoroughly before mixing
  • Use fresh cheese for smooth sauce
  • Add cream if sauce thickens too much
