Ingredients
  

  • lb chicken breast
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Season lightly.
  3. Lower heat and add butter, garlic, and onion. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in buffalo sauce and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses over the top, cover, and let melt.
  6. Stir gently and serve hot.
