Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Cook broccoli until just tender and drain well.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
  3. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in cheddar until smooth.
  5. Add broccoli and toss to coat.
  6. Season and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh cheddar for best results
  • Avoid overcooking broccoli
  • Add cream if sauce thickens too much
