- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine dry ingredients with the banana mixture—don’t overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into pan and top with extra chips.
- Bake for 55–60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing. Enjoy!

- Whole wheat flour can be used for a heartier texture.
