Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, ranch mix, and broth to Instant Pot.
  2. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Natural release 5 mins, then quick release.
  3. Shred chicken in pot. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add cheddar, stir until melted.
  5. Top with bacon and green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For frozen chicken, increase cook time to 20 minutes.
  • This reheats beautifully — just add a splash of broth when warming.
  • Great over rice, pasta, or inside a wrap.
