- Add chicken, ranch mix, and broth to Instant Pot.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Natural release 5 mins, then quick release.
- Shred chicken in pot. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cheddar, stir until melted.
- Top with bacon and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
- For frozen chicken, increase cook time to 20 minutes.
- This reheats beautifully — just add a splash of broth when warming.
- Great over rice, pasta, or inside a wrap.
