Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs (boneless skinless or bone-in)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (skip for frozen)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 to 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • Optional: lemon juice, Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. (If fresh) Sauté chicken in olive oil with seasonings — 2 mins per side.
  2. Add broth and deglaze pot.
