Method
- Season tenders with oil and spices in a bowl.
- Add broth to Instant Pot. Place tenders inside (on trivet or not).
- Seal lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- Serve immediately or store for later meals.
Notes
- For frozen chicken tenders: cook 8 minutes, skip seasoning until after.
- Use leftovers in sandwiches, tacos, or salads.
