Method
- Place chicken in Instant Pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Add salsa, broth, garlic, and onion (no need to stir).
- Close lid, set to Sealing, and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- Shred chicken and stir back into the sauce.
- Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Use frozen chicken by increasing cook time to 15 minutes.
- Customize with chipotle salsa, beans, or corn for variety.
