Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Cup Chicken broth or water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat drumsticks dry, coat with olive oil, and season with dry rub.
  2. Pressure Cook: Add broth to the Instant Pot, place drumsticks on trivet, and cook on HIGH for 12 minutes (fresh) or 15 minutes (frozen). Natural release for 5 minutes.
  3. Crisp the Skin (Optional): Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with olive oil or sauce, and broil at 450°F for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite sides.

  • For extra crispy skin, broil for 3-5 minutes after pressure cooking.
