Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (optional)
  • Optional: green onions, blue cheese crumbles

Method
 

  1. (If needed) Pressure cook 2 chicken breasts with 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Quick release and shred.
  2. Drain pot and turn on sauté. Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and cheese.
  3. Stir until melted and creamy. Switch to Keep Warm and serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Keep warm in the Instant Pot to prevent hardening.
  • Add more hot sauce for extra heat.
