Method
- (If needed) Pressure cook 2 chicken breasts with 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Quick release and shred.
- Drain pot and turn on sauté. Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and cheese.
- Stir until melted and creamy. Switch to Keep Warm and serve.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Keep warm in the Instant Pot to prevent hardening.
- Add more hot sauce for extra heat.
