Method
- Season chicken and toss lightly with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.
- Add sauce to pan and warm until slightly thick.
- Return chicken to pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
