Method
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze 1–2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate (add coconut oil if desired).
- Dip or drizzle chocolate over frozen clusters.
- Freeze 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Store in freezer until ready to serve.
