Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat or 2%
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in blueberries.
  3. Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze 1–2 hours until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate (add coconut oil if desired).
  6. Dip or drizzle chocolate over frozen clusters.
  7. Freeze 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
  8. Store in freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use thick yogurt for best texture.
  • Pat blueberries dry before mixing.
  • Store in freezer up to 2 months.
