Method
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Press dough into thin rectangle on parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt topping chocolate (with coconut oil if using).
- Spread or drizzle over chilled dough.
- Freeze another 20–30 minutes until fully set.
- Break into bark pieces and store in freezer.
