- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and cooked through, flipping once.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic.
- Toss chicken in garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not add garlic too early to avoid burning
- Cook in batches if pan is crowded
