Method
 

  1. Wash cucumbers and slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
  2. Pat cucumber slices dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe cream cheese onto each cucumber slice.
  5. Garnish lightly and serve chilled.
