Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat cauliflower florets dry.
- Dip each floret into beaten egg.
- Press into breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
- Arrange on lined baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes (flip halfway) or air fry 12–15 minutes.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Dry florets thoroughly for best crispiness.
- Don’t overcrowd cooking surface.
- Broil briefly at the end for extra golden color.
