Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat cauliflower florets dry.
  3. Dip each floret into beaten egg.
  4. Press into breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
  5. Arrange on lined baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes (flip halfway) or air fry 12–15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

  • Dry florets thoroughly for best crispiness.
  • Don’t overcrowd cooking surface.
