Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked crispy chicken strips sliced
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons lightly crushed if large
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste if needed

Method
 

  1. Cook the crispy chicken according to package directions or your homemade recipe until hot and crunchy.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes, then slice it into strips.
  3. Add chopped romaine lettuce to a large bowl.
  4. Add Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt if needed.
  5. Toss gently until the lettuce is lightly coated.
  6. Warm the tortillas for a few seconds so they are soft and easy to roll.
  7. Place the Caesar lettuce mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  8. Add sliced crispy chicken and a few croutons on top.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom.
  10. Place seam side down, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the tortillas or they will be hard to roll.
  • Warm tortillas roll better and are less likely to tear.
  • For the best texture, assemble the wraps right before serving.
  • If making ahead, store chicken, lettuce, dressing, and tortillas separately.
  • Add extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
